So the lovely town of Queen Creek has been busy adding a new McDonald's which has been big news around this house. The kids could not wait to check it out and would make us do drive bys to see how many more days until the Grand Opening Celebration. 3 days to go.... 2 days to go.... 1 more day............. Finally, the big day came. It was a lovely Friday before Spring Break and I had an early release day (LOVE THOSE) so I said that I would take the kids to McDonald's. They were giddy. And then we get there, scramble out of the van, only to find out........................
there is NO playland. WHAT??????????? Why would you build a brand spanking new McDonald's and not put in a playland. Now some of you without kids may be quickly adding this McDonald's as your new favorite, but not this bunch. The kids may look happy in the photo, but believe me, they are crying inside (and of course later in the van).

That should be a crime NOT that's should be a crime. I hate it when I do that, especially to a teacher.
I'll take a large vanilla cone...love those! Sorry about the playground...that stinks! Well....there's ALWAYS Grandma's FABULOUSLY EQUIPPED playground....LOL
to bad for them well that stinks.Hope they dont feel so bad any more.Well so sorry for them.
